Not In The Mood...

...sorry for the lack of posting lately - with being so busy and some postpardum issues creeping into my world, I haven't been on my game.   I've got my mom here with me and a whole canister of chocolate, so I think I'll be fine for now.  When school starts I'll be even better!!!  haha.  But seriously...

I so understand. My fourth child really made life much more complicated, adorable as she is. Thank heavens for mothers and chocolate. Hang in there, it does get better. My baby turned two recently and it helped a ton.

I thought it was just me, but it seems this whole "not in the mood" to blog (or do ANYTHING for that matter) thing is quite contagious. Hope you get feeling better soon (so I can copy all your cute crafty stuff). ;)

I hear ya on the chocolate. I have Hersey's kisses stocked right now and having some everyday is one of my only moments of peace with a 2 yr old and a 3.5 month old.

Ick. That post-partum stuff is the stinkin' pits. Hope it's all fixed up and better really soon!

My little baby girl is about 2 1/2 months now and I've felt some post-partum stuff creep up that I thought I was past. Sometimes the hormones make life more overwhelming than I can handle. Thankful for an understanding husband who can handle the crying spells and crazy irritability.
Hope you are feeling like yourself soon. Wish my mom lived close enough to help me. No matter how old we get there are certain times we can use our moms.

Hope you feel better soon, it is hard with hardly any sleep to feel like doing anything really. Take care.

I hope you fell better soon. I've had PPD with both my kids. With my first I didn't know what it was and so I just suffered. With my 2nd I knew ahead of time and had a whole plan for it (including some little pills, which were FANTASTIC! They don't make you a bad person, they help you be the good person you want to be.) The hospital I delivered at has a whole slew of stuff they do to prevent PPD and even have case workers go to each woman to discuss what it is and what can be done about it. My caseworker was so shocked that I had everything planned. Remember: It's not your fault, and there are lots of people out there who are willing to help. I'm sure your whole RS would come to your rescue. Mine did.

Number 4 rocked my world. I felt like it took me till he was 18 months old before I felt like myself again. I hope you enjoy your time with your mom there-- it makes all the difference sometimes!
